I’m currently obsessing over 2 things right now. Miami and this amazing bikini by ViX Paula Hermanny.

I can’t believe I was back in Miami this past week, Ry surprised me with a full trip and tickets to ULTRA. WHAT A WEEKEND. (he’s great)

Miami was beautiful! The weather was amazing and the humidity was no where near as bad as it was in January…weird right? My hair didn’t get frizzy, I fell asleep on one of the Florida Keys beaches, and ULTRA was freaking amazing. I still can’t believe he planned this whole thing unnoticed.

Speaking of the Florida Keys, I highly suggest you do your research before you go. Ry and I had no idea what we were in for and we kept passing what seemed like an old town, that included many Dollar Family stores and even a “Dolphin Golphin” (miniature golf, I assume?).

We didn’t know where to go so we decided to go all the way to the very last Key, Key West. Stunning beaches with clear water, piers, “mini lagoons”, you just have to see for yourself. It’s definitely a destination town where a lot of families stay. After talking to our Uber driver on our way to the airport, we now know there is even soo much more to do! Swim with dolphins, manatees, crocodiles, a butterfly sanctuary, and a bird exhibit.

She even kept raving about how many iguanas you’ll see on Islamarada at one of the hotels. Like she was SO obsessed, saying you’ll see “mammas and babies everywhere, oh yeah!!” (insert Miami accent). I loved her, but I was like…um I ain’t traveling 4 hours to see iguanas. No thankssss. Tell me more about swimming with manatees…my kinda Sunday.

Ps. totally kidding about swimming with the crocodiles. HAHA Unless you want to be eaten alive, bones and all, I suggest you stay far, farrrr away from the beasts.

Anyways, more importantly, my ViX swim bikini.

This bikini came right after my first trip to Miami and I was so bummed I couldn’t wear it to my trip, but lo and behold, Ry had other plans up his sleeve.

Thanks to ShopStyle and ViX Paula Hermanny for setting me up with a glamorous piece; absolutely perfect for Miami! The royal blue is to die for. You can find my Aisha Triangle bikini top here, and bottoms here.

I’m crazy for a pretty simple bikini. Remember my favorite Miami must haves from this post? ViX Swim is your go-to for top notch luxury wear, I’m serious. The comfort and material are like no other.

Material is very important to me, especially the bikini top, because as we know it, once you step out of the water and you get the slightest of cold breeze…your boobs don’t hide it. I love a thick material that screams GOOD QUALITY.

But a lot of swimwear lines have good materials, like I blogged about before. However, ViX stands out from the crowd because of the impeccable designs. The detail among these bikinis and one pieces are truly one of a kind!

My bikini top is very feminine; fully lined, delicate straps that tie at the neck and back, with a brush gold bar at the center front.

Bottoms include a “24 karat gold-dipped overlapped detail at the hips”, fully lined, and offered in Brazilian and full cut.

Full bikini is made in Brazil.

ViX offers a wide variety of luxury swimwear, and also clothing, including: separates, dresses, jumpsuits, and cover ups (and accessories too!!).
